:: Where to Begin ::
Much of the information you need to begin construction on your property is readily available. By examining this information on your own time prior to contacting us you will better understand the building options available to you. If any questions arise along the way, please do not hesitate to contact us. Alternatively, if you are very busy and do not room in your schedule to obtain this information on your own time, we will do the research for you for a small fee. Please contact us for pricing.
:: Your Property Information ::
First off, you will want to learn some basic information about your property. This information can be found on a legal description of your property that includes your property's size (in square feet), track number, allowable building area, and how much space you may add and in what direction. You should also obtain a plot plan that specifies your property location and setback (spacing between property lines). The legal description and plot plan for your property are both available in your city's Building and Safety Department.
:: Consulting With Your Contractor ::
Once you have the legal description and plot plan for your property, you are ready to consult with us to determine the best way to implement your building plans. Teeple Construction will analyze the information you bring us and determine structural expansion possibilities. If your project is feasible and attainable, we will provide you with an architect and interior designer (California law requires a legal architect for new building plans). Following this, we will initiate your design plan. At this point, we will provide you with a cost estimate of your project, following which we can begin building your dream!
